What Is Brush Strokes?
Brush Strokes exists to provide a casual, fun environment in which customers of all ages and experience levels can unleash the artist within! Customers create their own painting “masterpieces” with easily understood, step-by-step guidance from our experienced instructor.
Lisa Schmid, founder of Brush Strokes was born and raised in a small village in the North of England. She has a B.A. degree in Graphic Design and has worked as an Art Director for many prominent advertising agencies. Lisa worked at the BBC television and designed the graphics for Prince Andrews and Sarahs Royal wedding in 1986. Lisa moved to Florida over 20 years ago, raising 4 children and keeping up her creativity, painting murals and consistently involved in the art world. She has a CDA (Early Childhood Education Diploma) and taught preschool for several years.
